"actually, I'm not all that interested in the subject of photography.  once the picture is in the box, i'm not all that interested in what happens next. hunters, after all, aren't cooks."

my interest in photography started because this cute girl was a photographer... so i started shooting in junior high and spending time with her in the dark room developing film, and other interests...  the thought of pursuing an artists life though romantic and intriguing would not be for me as mom and dad sent me off to school for business.

cut to a successful business man who was always involved in funding film and creative projects.  it was after the feature film "hitlist" that i realized i had no idea how these new cameras worked.  i immediately went out and purchased the newest dslr and fumbled about trying to catch up.   the majority of my education came at the expense of my friends as i carried this camera everywhere with me capturing everything around me.  i must have been annoying.

i also love music.  so combining two of my interests is a huge win for me.  i do adhere to the quote above so most of these shots are not photoshopped...  just some slight adjustments in aperture...  they are how i see the world,

what it was like to be there... from my perspective...  please enjoy.
